Subheading goes here
I’m Christopher Paul Jones, Harley Street’s Fear, Phobia and Anxiety Specialist
For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people change the way they respond to fear, anxiety and phobias, from flying and public speaking to fears that have affected their lives for years.
My clients come from all over the world and have included Hollywood actors and Oscar nominees, musicians, models, presenters and other high-profile individuals. My work has also been featured internationally across television, radio and the press, including the BBC, Channel 4, Canada’s CBC, Hello!, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire and national newspapers.
A Different Approach to Fear and Phobias
I’ve never believed that one technique works for everyone.
Over more than two decades, I’ve studied approaches to psychological change across Europe, North America and Asia, working with and learning from some of the world’s leading change experts.
That experience led me to develop The Integrated Change System™, my seven-step approach combining established psychological principles with a range of change techniques to address the patterns that keep fears, phobias and anxiety in place.

I Know What It’s Like to Live With Fear
My interest in this work is personal.
I once struggled with my own fears of public speaking, snakes, insects and flying. I know what it feels like when your rational mind tells you there is nothing to fear, yet another part of you reacts as though the danger is very real.
My fear of flying became particularly significant after narrowly avoiding tragedy on an aircraft. Eventually, the very fears that had restricted me led me towards the work I do today.
That experience has shaped the way I work with my clients. I take what you’re experiencing seriously, while bringing energy, curiosity and humour into the process where appropriate. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating to create meaningful change.
Today, I work from Harley Street in London and with clients internationally, helping people understand their fear differently and discover how much can change when the old response no longer has the same hold over them.
Outside of my work, freedom remains a pretty important theme in my life. You’ll usually find me spending time with my family in London or exploring the countryside with Mini, my equally enthusiastic dog.

The First Step Toward Change
Fear can feel powerful and often overwhelming, but it does not have to be permanent. When you understand how fear forms and how it affects the mind and body, it becomes easier to see how change can happen.
